The total cost of a workplace flu vaccination clinic depends on more than the price of an individual flu jab. Team size, travel, the number of locations, clinic length and staffing arrangements all affect the plan.
Immuvax provides a tailored quote once we understand your requirements. We do not publish a single online price that could leave out important costs for your workplace. Your quote will set out the vaccination charges, service fees and any applicable VAT before you confirm.

Compare the full clinic cost
When comparing providers, look at the full written quote rather than just a headline price per vaccination. Check whether attendance, travel, setup, equipment and any additional vaccinator charges are included or listed separately.
Also ask how the provider handles changes to expected numbers, employees who cannot be vaccinated, cancellations and payment. These terms should be clear before you book; do not assume every provider treats them in the same way.
How many employees should we budget for?
Start with an expression of interest rather than the entire workforce headcount. Vaccination is voluntary, and not every employee will attend or be clinically suitable on the day. An initial estimate is fine when requesting a quote.
If you have several workplaces, break the estimate down by site. Tell us if staff work shifts or if attendance needs to fit into a short period. We can then discuss a practical clinic format before confirming the final arrangements.

- Your organisation name and a business contact.
- The town or postcode of each site.
- The estimated number of vaccinations at each location.
- Preferred dates, working hours and any shift requirements.
- Any access or room arrangements that affect the visit.
You do not need to send employee names or medical histories to obtain an initial quote.
Plan time as well as budget
