A clinic organised around your workplace
Offices, retail teams, hospitality businesses and operational workplaces have different schedules. Share your normal working hours, shift patterns and likely attendance so we can discuss an appropriate timetable.
For organisations with more than one site, include the estimated vaccination numbers at each location. We will discuss whether separate visits or a coordinated programme would be practical. All arrangements are agreed before booking.
What happens on clinic day?
- Individual consultation. The pharmacist checks suitability and explains the vaccination in a private space.
- Consent and vaccination. Vaccination takes place only after informed consent and a satisfactory clinical assessment.
- Questions and advice. Employees can ask about the vaccination and receive the relevant aftercare advice.
For initial scheduling, allow approximately three minutes per vaccination, plus time for setup and any longer consultations. The final timings are confirmed with you.
